At 12:53 p.m., Menlo Park police were contacted regarding a report of a worker falling into a chipper, according to the police department. Menlo Park is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. When the police came, they found the man dead from his wounds, according to the police.
The worker was pulled inside the machine while doing tree-trimming operations, according to Cal/OSHA, which is looking into the incident.
