Medical Student Sicko Allegedly Kills Mexican Woman For Her Organs After Courting Her Online

To pursue a romantic relationship with a medical student she had met online, a Mexican woman flew to Peru. However, after her body washed up on a beach, the guy has been charged with harvesting her organs.

According to The Independent, Blanca Arellano, 51, informed her family in late July that she was travelling 3,000 miles to Huacho to meet 31-year-old Juan Pablo Jess Villafuerte, a medical student with whom she had an extensive online relationship.

The smitten woman kept in touch with the family until Nov. 7, when she confided in her niece Karla Arellano that the burgeoning in-person romance was going well.

“I never thought I would be in this situation, but today I’m asking for your support to spread this post and find one of the most loved and important people of my life,” Karla tweeted on Nov. 12.

“My aunt Blanca Olivia Arellano Gutiérrez disappeared on Monday, November 07 in Peru. We fear for her life,” she added.

Karla said she became alarmed when she reached out to Villafuerte, who claimed that Bianca was going back to Mexico after the couple broke up.

“I decided to communicate with Juan P since he was the only contact she had in that country and that is where our fear was triggered,” she wrote.

According to Villafuerte, Bianca told him that “I couldn’t deliver the life she wanted” before deciding to board a flight to her home country.

Authorities in Peru found a severed finger with a silver ring still attached on a local beach on November 10.

A faceless head, an arm, and a torso with all of the internal organs removed also washed up on the coast in the days that followed.

According to The Independent, the heartbroken family identified the ring as belonging to their missing loved one.

Arellano confided in her niece that she was having a good time with Villafuerte, but she soon stopped talking to them.

According to the news source, quoting Latin Noticias, a warrant was issued on November 17 for Villafuerte, who had been detained on suspicion of trafficking in human organs.

El Popular reported that the suspect allegedly started posting videos on TikTok shortly after Blanca vanished, purportedly depicting him dissecting body parts such as a pancreas and a brain.

According to The Independent, quoting El Pais, during a check of Villafuerte’s residence, authorities discovered signs of blood in the bathroom, laundry room, and on his mattress.
