Mamba Treasures Found In Storage Locker, Scooped Up By a ‘Storage Wars’ Pro

A storage locker treasure hunter has found an abandoned unit packed with Kobe Bryant treasures. However, one of the stars of “Storage Wars” is now involved.

This is how it goes; storage units are normally auctioned off if the owner stops paying the bills. But in here, the locker was in the L.A. area, and bidders only got a brief glimpse as to what was inside when the auction began. As thus, the person who scored the unit won with a bid of $375.

Meanwhile, it would only take a few moments to realize that the stuff inside belonged to Kobe Bryant.

According to TMZ, the score contained 35 pairs of shoes, jerseys, Lakers practice gear, a lakers all-access badge that says, “Mamba,” tax paperwork, and the piece de resistance, a mink coat. Also, it was revealed there are pics of Kobe wearing the coat!

As you’d expect, the stuff once properly authenticated is likely to worth a fortune.

So, following the auction, the buyer quickly called “Storage Wars” star Rene Nezhoda, who has experience finding buyers for high-end storage treasures. Without a second thought, Rene bought all the contents for a cool $13,000.

TMZ also learned from Rene that the items would NOT end up on “Storage Wars” because they’re not filming the show due to the pandemic. Instead, he plans on selling them through a reputable auction house.

The score was timely for Rene as well. Yesterday was Kobe’s birthday, and today is Mamba Day – 8/24.
