According to reports, the 99-year-old woman named Maude Burke made a recovery from the COVID-19 after 17 days of being hospitalized. A video clip showing this awesome moment was posted by Phoebe Putney Health Systems in Albany, which showed Maude Burke getting wheeled out of the hospital, while the staff of the facility cheered her.

The health facility stated that Maude Burke, who is aged 99, is the oldest patient of COVID-19 to be discharged from the hospital. Under the caption of the uploaded video clip, it read “We continue to celebrate with our #COVID-19 patients when they get well enough to go home from our hospitals. This celebration was extra special. Maude Burke is … is the oldest COVID-19 patient we’ve been able to discharge. Her strength and determination are amazing, and we wish her well as she continues to recover. Thank you for being an inspiration, Ms. Maude!”
After the video was uploaded, lots of followers showered good words on the brave 99-year-old COVID-19 discharged patient.
